Key Responsibilities As a licensed mental health therapist, your responsibilities will include: Providing ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions through a secure video chat platform. Implementing solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs. Creating comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances of each client. Facilitating discussions that help clients gain insights into their experiences, feelings, and interpersonal relationships. Monitoring client progress and assisting in the development of healthy coping strategies to enhance their everyday life. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily engage with low acuity adults who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Our goal is to equip these clients with self-management skills that improve their quality of life. Qualifications To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Active, unrestricted state licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). No provisional licenses or history of disciplinary actions. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach towards clients. Strong computer literacy and a willingness to adapt to new technologies. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with: Experience in outpatient settings delivering mental health counseling. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling practices. Compensation and Benefits Acuity International offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
