Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as group therapy sessions, addressing a broad range of mental health issues. Conduct thorough remote assessments to understand the strengths and challenges of clients, establishing clear treatment goals. Develop personalized evidence-based treatment plans that focus on the unique needs of each client, utilizing techniques that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness strategies, and interdisciplinary approaches. Maintain open communication with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients. Document client progress and treatment interventions in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to best practices and legal requirements. Patient Population / Client Focus This position allows you to work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. You will engage with clients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your role as a therapist is crucial in guiding clients toward recovery, resilience, and improved mental health outcomes. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related fields is required. You must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, and must not have any limitations or disciplinary actions against your license. Preferred Experience Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective treatment plans following established clinical practices. Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients, enhancing therapeutic relationships. Adept at using electronic health records systems for documentation and client management. Experience in remote therapy settings is a plus.
