Managing a caseload of Formal Referral cases, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Specialist will provide guidance, support, and consultation to employees, employers, and providers while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop individualized care plans to address the unique clinical needs of employees Facilitate referrals and assist employees in securing appointments for short-term EAP counseling Conduct active case management, including treatment plan reviews and compliance monitoring Required qualifications Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) Relevant post-graduate clinical experience Clinical licensure Ability to manage a caseload of 60+ Formal Referral cases independently Strong reasoning ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
