Working remotely as a full-time Licensed Mental Health Provider, the candidate will provide emotional support and therapeutic services to students and faculty, focusing on crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning while maintaining a flexible schedule of 32 hours per week. Key responsibilities: Provide remote mental health counseling and support to students and faculty, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and compliance standards Conduct assessments, triage, and document sessions, particularly for clients in crisis or experiencing self-harm ideation Utilize evidence-based modalities to build rapport and facilitate client progress while maintaining professional boundaries Required qualifications: Master's Degree (M.A./M.S.) in Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy with Provisional or Associate License Fully Licensed Mental Health Practitioner Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation Strong clinical writing, assessment, and active listening skills Experience providing therapeutic services to young adults or in a college counseling environment
