Licensed Mental Health Counselor

To support a growing practice, the part-time hourly Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Counselor will provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid members while accruing clinical experience toward independent LMHC licensure, with the flexibility of remote work and access to clinical support. Key responsibilities: Deliver telehealth therapy and behavioral health assessments to Medicaid clients Collaborate with an established LMHC supervisor outside of Third Space for licensure requirements Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment plans in compliance with best practices Required qualifications: Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field qualifying for LMHC licensure in Massachusetts Current eligibility to accrue supervised clinical experience toward LMHC licensure Established LMHC supervisor outside of Third Space for licensure supervision Experience providing psychotherapy and direct clinical mental health services Proficiency in using EHR systems and telehealth platforms
