Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs. Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that your approach is personalized to each client. Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor their progress throughout treatment, and adapt strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes. Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring that you create a warm and welcoming environment to foster trust and engagement. Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of treatment sessions in compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements while managing electronic health record (EHR) systems. Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including training in our evidence-based treatment frameworks, to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of emerging practices. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily work with adolescents and young adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect with clients and provide empathetic support will be crucial in developing effective treatment plans and creating a safe space for healing. Qualifications An advanced degree such as a Master of Arts (MA) in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required. Active state licensure is essential, with credentials as an LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or PsyD. Strong proficiency in technology, including the ability to navigate telehealth platforms and electronic health records effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on producing clear and professional documentation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a remote setting, ensuring that clients feel secure in sharing their personal experiences. Preferred Experience 2-3 years of demonstrated experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Comfort and prior experience in delivering telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults. Your presentation and engagement style should be warm and empathic, fostered through interpersonal skills that create an immediate rapport. Willingness and openness to participate in ongoing training, particularly within our unique care pathways aimed at enhancing treatment outcomes. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
