To support mental health crisis outreach, the part-time Licensed Mental Health Coordinator will engage with individuals through phone, email, and text, providing brief support and utilizing assessment tools to ensure appropriate care while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct outreach to patients needing mental health support via various communication methods Utilize empathy and active listening to engage at-risk individuals and provide brief support Maintain documentation of patient interactions and coordinate with staff and emergency services to ensure safety Required qualifications Master's degree in a clinical field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology) Independent state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent); associate licensure accepted Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience Strong organizational skills and proficiency with technology, including navigating multiple applications Experience or willingness to work on a Mac operating system
