To support a growing team dedicated to youth mental health, the part-time Licensed Mental Health Coach Supervisor will oversee and mentor mental wellness coaches, providing real-time support and feedback while ensuring adherence to coaching standards in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide live support to coaches during shifts, answering questions and guiding them through escalated conversations Review coaching session transcripts and deliver actionable feedback based on quality standards Manage coach operations alongside the Coach Success Lead, ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining high-quality coaching practices Required qualifications Licensed in a mental health-related field, social work, or counseling At least 4 years of experience in the mental health field, including supervisory or mentoring roles Direct experience working with youth, including risk assessment and mandated reporting Strong tech skills, with the ability to navigate multiple online platforms effectively Must reside in the U.S. and have a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
