Providing support and guidance to a team of mental health coaches, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Coach Leader will manage day-to-day operations, deliver training, and oversee service delivery in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Support Clinical Management in operations, productivity, and quality of service delivery Guide and coach a team of mental health coaches while addressing performance issues Collaborate with Clinical Management and Client Services to resolve complex service inquiries and complaints Required qualifications Master's or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) Minimum five (5) years of post-graduate clinical experience Independent clinical state license to practice (e.g., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) At least one (1) year of coaching experience and previous supervisory/management experience Fundamental understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and contact management systems
