Seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Clinician, this role will provide virtual psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on delivering high-quality clinical care while managing a full caseload. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 virtual psychotherapy sessions and conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments Document clinical encounters accurately and maintain compliance with HIPAA and insurance standards Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure continuity of care and effective client engagement Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field supporting independent clinical practice Active, unrestricted independent licensure: LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families Experience treating depression and anxiety is strongly preferred Strong working knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
