To support nursing homes in enhancing quality measure performance, the full-time Licensed MDS Quality Consultant will provide expert consultation on MDS processes, assist in identifying improvement strategies, and coach clinical teams, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide expert consultation regarding MDS processes and coding accuracy Assist facilities in identifying quality measure opportunities and improvement strategies Coach clinical teams on MDS documentation and assessment practices Required qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse Minimum of 3 years of nursing home experience Demonstrated experience with MDS assessment processes Strong knowledge of CMS Quality Measures Experience providing education and coaching to healthcare teams
