About the Role
As a Licensed Nurse RAI Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting and facilitating RAI assessments for residents
- Coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive assessments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Identifying and addressing resident needs and concerns
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
