Supporting adult clients navigating mental health challenges, the full-time Texas Licensed LMSW will provide individual therapy sessions, conduct psychosocial assessments, and deliver telehealth counseling services while collaborating with care teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards Required qualifications Active LMSW license in the state of practice Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program Experience providing telehealth therapy to adult mental health populations Experience with clinical documentation and risk assessment Knowledge of HIPAA requirements
