Licensed Master Social Worker

To support a growing practice, the full-time Missouri Licensed Master Social Worker will provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population while enjoying complete flexibility in setting hours and managing their own caseload remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to Medicaid clients, focusing on individualized care Collaborate with an independently licensed supervisor to accrue hours toward full licensure Utilize EHR systems and digital tools to maintain client records and manage appointments Required qualifications Valid LMSW license in good standing in Missouri Master's degree in Social Work with a minimum of 6 months of therapy or assessment experience Own malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate Ability to maintain a HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet and computer Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
