LifeStance Health seeks a Licensed Master Social Worker to provide outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults in a hybrid in-person/telehealth model. In this role you will complete comprehensive assessments, deliver individual and family therapy using evidence-based modalities, and create collaborative treatment plans aligned with patient goals. You will coordinate care with psychiatrists and other clinicians, ensure accurate documentation in our EHR, and participate in supervision and case consultation.
