Required Qualifications:
- Licensure: LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW
- Education: Degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience: Relevant experience in social work, particularly with adult populations
Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services to individuals and families in need
- Conduct assessments; develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with professionals to coordinate client care
- Assist with medical documentation and record-keeping
- Conduct crisis intervention; provide emergency support
- Utilize behavior analysis techniques for behavioral challenges
- Facilitate group therapy sessions
Skills:
- Proficiency in social work principles, practices, and medical documentation
- Experience with autism, developmental disabilities, mental health counseling
- Crisis intervention, applied behavior analysis, group therapy facilitation
- Child and family counseling
- Strong research, communication, problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
