We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) for a full-time opportunity in Mason, MI.
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Schedule / Shift: Full-Time, Monday -Friday, 9am - 6pm (some flexibility with hours as needed)
Patient Population: All Ages, Children - Adult
Pay Rate Range: $57,200 - 65,200 (based on experience)
Bonus: $6,000 Sign-On Bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy services across diverse populations
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care
- Support clients navigating mental health, social challenges, and community resources.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work
- Active license in Michigan
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Stay current on all CMH required trainings
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Record, Human Resource Management System (HRMS), MI Bridges (MDHHS), SOS System
- 1+ year of experience working with children
