Licensed Vocational Nurse Responsibilities:
- Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures.
- Implements the nursing care plan for each patient.
- Prepares clinical notes and charting in a timely manner.
- Provides nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic and preventive procedures as assigned.
- Observe signs and symptoms and report reactions to treatments to RN.
- Teachers and counsels the patient and family/significant others regarding the nursing care needs.
- Prepares equipment and materials for treatments.
- Current California LVN License
- Current CPR/ BLS Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- 2 Years: LVN experience (proffered)
- 1 Year: Home Health LVN experience (preferred)
