To support a pioneering approach to health and longevity, the remote Licensed Longevity Physician will conduct telemedicine visits, develop personalized health plans, and manage a high-intensity cohort of patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities Review and interpret genomic, laboratory, imaging, and wearable data to create individualized health protocols Deliver high-touch concierge care through telemedicine visits, focusing on patient access and comprehensive health advocacy Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the clinical capabilities of the Blueprint platform Required qualifications Board Certified MD or DO from an accredited medical school with over 10 years of clinical practice Experience in a high-touch longevity-focused concierge model or boutique longevity clinic At least 5 years in a Medical Director or executive clinical role Active, unrestricted medical license (multistate preferred) and current DEA A passion for data and innovative approaches to health beyond the standard of care
