Key responsibilities: Perform thorough reviews of borrower documentation and assemble complete loan packages for underwriting Verify compliance with mortgage-related regulations and prepare necessary disclosures Manage the loan pipeline by documenting communication and submitting reports within designated timelines Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience Experience with Encompass software Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations Excellent math and analytical skills
