Supporting the Bryan, OH office, the full-time remote Ohio Licensed Loan Officer Assistant will manage mortgage loan applications, review documentation, and ensure timely loan closings while collaborating with customers and loan officers. Key responsibilities: Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness Manage a pipeline of various loan types, facilitating communication between customers, loan officers, and processors Track outstanding items on loan files and follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of necessary documentation Required qualifications: NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 Fluency in Spanish and English preferred for effective communication High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact Previous sales support experience preferred
