Licensed Loan Officer AssistantWe're looking for an experienced Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to join our growing mortgage team and play a key role in guiding loans from application to closing. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with clients, and takes pride in keeping transactions organized, efficient, and moving forward smoothly. The right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident communicating with borrowers, real estate agents, title companies, and internal team members throughout the loan process.What You'll Do:Assist borrowers with completing loan applications and gathering required documentationMaintain communication with clients, real estate agents, title companies, and internal team members throughout the loan processTrack loan milestones and follow up on outstanding or missing documentationCoordinate with Loan Officer to prepare, review, and manage loan filesInput and update borrower information within CRM and loan origination systems (LOS)Help ensure loan files remain accurate, compliant, and organized for processing and underwritingSupport a smooth and positive client experience from application through closingAssist with reviewing income, assets, and documentation as neededHelp manage pipeline flow and prioritize deadlines in a fast-moving environmentIf you're passionate about helping people achieve homeownership goals and want to be part of a collaborative, high-performing mortgage team, we'd love to hear from you.
