To support the adoption of the Governance product (Fides), the full-time Licensed Legal Customer Success Manager will lead client onboarding, provide legal advisory services, and manage relationships with enterprise clients remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients on corporate law and governance workflows Lead onboarding projects for new enterprise clients, ensuring efficient implementation and training Support clients throughout their lifecycle with proactive check-ins and issue resolution Required qualifications Licensed attorney in one or more US jurisdictions Strong understanding of corporate law, entity management, and governance documents 1 to 2 years of client-facing experience in a fast-paced environment such as BigLaw or financial institutions Ability to interpret complex corporate structures and translate them into scalable workflows Experience working directly with clients; LegalTech or SaaS experience is a strong plus
