Licensed Lead Behavioral Health Manager

Leading a dedicated Behavioral Health Care Manager team, the full-time Licensed Lead Behavioral Health Manager will conduct intakes, provide clinical backup for crisis situations, and supervise team members in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial biopsychosocial intakes and provide diagnostic support as needed Serve as clinical backup for acute patient safety and crisis needs across partner practices Supervise and train a team of Behavioral Health Care Managers, ensuring adherence to protocols and quality standards Required Qualifications Master's degree in social work, counseling, clinical mental health counseling, psychology, or a closely related field Active, unrestricted independent clinical license as an LCSW, LICSW, LPC, or LMHC-D 5+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health care management or direct clinical care 3+ years of experience supervising or leading clinicians Experience with evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and CBT
