Licensed IOP Therapist

To support a multidisciplinary treatment team, the part-time Licensed IOP Therapist will obtain psycho-social assessments, conduct family and group therapy, and facilitate group therapy sessions while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and documentation procedures. Key responsibilities Obtain psycho-social assessments and conduct family/group therapy on assigned cases Facilitate group therapy sessions and complete necessary documentation per hospital policy Coordinate discharge planning and assist in developing community resource information Required qualifications Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinical-related mental health field Two years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies Must possess or be actively seeking a state license in social work or a clinical-related mental health field within two years of employment CPR certification and HANDLE WITH CARE training required within 90 days of employment
