Owning the customer relationship post-sale, the full-time Licensed Insurance Service Representative will manage policy changes, billing, cancellations, and renewals while collaborating with AI agents to enhance service delivery in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Managing the service queue for endorsements, address changes, driver additions, and proof of insurance Proactively addressing non-pay warnings, cancellations, and rate increases by re-shopping coverage across carriers Reviewing renewals to identify premium increases early and turning routine interactions into cross-selling opportunities Required qualifications Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license Experience in personal-lines service, retention, or account management Demonstrated ability to follow through on customer inquiries until resolved Strong customer-first mindset focused on providing appropriate coverage Comfortable with technology and AI-assisted workflows
