What You'll Do:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend the right products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including assisting with policy inquiries, claims, billing questions, and policy changes.
• Educate clients on insurance options to help them make informed decisions.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to the agency's overall success.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License in California, Arizona, or Oregon (required before start date).
• Willingness to obtain P&C licenses in all three states (CA, AZ, OR) - we'll reimburse licensing fees after 90 days!
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Sales experience in any capacity (inside sales, outside sales, retail, telemarketing) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and listening.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask.
• Ability to connect with customers and build trust.
• Life & Health License is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (not required).

Work Environment: In-office preferred (Whittier, CA).

Remote work available for candidates licensed in Arizona or Oregon.
