Licensed Insurance Sales Representative – Bilingual SpanishThe Anthony Petrozzella State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated, sales-focused bilingual English/Spanish Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team.We are flexible regarding work arrangement and will consider the right candidate for a remote, hybrid, or in-office position.This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, working leads, following up consistently, identifying additional insurance needs, and closing business.Responsibilities• Quote and sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life and other insurance products• Handle a high volume of outbound calls and follow-up activity• Work new leads and existing customer opportunities• Cross-sell and identify additional insurance needs• Generate and close Life Insurance opportunities• Explain coverage and product options in both English and Spanish• Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale• Maintain accurate customer and prospect records• Consistently meet sales, activity and production goals• Participate in ongoing training, coaching and role-playingQualifications• Fluent in English and Spanish• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required• Active Life & Health / Life, Accident & Health license required• Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls• Strong quoting, follow-up, objection-handling and closing skills• Self-motivated and able to work independently• Organized and accountable for daily activity and results• Ability or willingness to become appropriately licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and PennsylvaniaCompensation• $45,000–$50,000 annual base salary• Commission and performance bonuses• Strong producers can earn approximately $60,000–$85,000+ in total annual compensationWe are looking for someone who wants more than just a service position. The right candidate should enjoy selling, competing, following up and building long-term customer relationships.This position is with an independent contractor State Farm agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
