Your Responsibilities
As a Licensed Insurance Representative, your mainresponsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions,issues, and concerns.
- Handleand carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Provideexcellent customer service through active listening
- Workwith confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
- Aim toresolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic,and understanding
- Appropriatelycommunicate with customers, exercising retention efforts if needed
- Identifycustomers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms,assisting the customer with the correct price plan
- Compassionatelyhandle sensitive situations surrounding healthcare needs, education, andprevention planning

Qualifications:
- HighSchool Diploma or equivalent.
- Possesshome state Life & Health Insurance License.
- Minimumof 6 months of customer service experience.
- Mustbe 18 years of age or older.
- Abilityto type at least 25 words per minute.
- Comfortablewith desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-basedsystems.
- Customerservice and/or sales experience preferred.
- Collegedegree preferred but not required.
