What You'll Do
- Consult with business clients and Brokers to assess insurance and benefit needs.
- Educate clients on Colonial Life's voluntary benefit products, including life, accident, disability, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement.
- Conduct presentations and enrollment meetings for employees and employer groups.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and state licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Active Health and Life Insurance License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Proficient with technology and virtual communication tools.
- Ability to meet performance goals and service expectations.
