Farmers Insurance is hiring for the Protégé Program in the Greater Milwaukee Area. This is a paid mentorship position with a direct pathway to agency ownership, no capital requirement, and real earning potential from day one.

- Strong communicator who builds trust and rapport naturally
- Self starter who takes initiative without needing to be managed
Requirements:
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Greater Milwaukee Area
- Must be willing to obtain P&C license if not already licensed
- Ability to pass a background check
- Life and Health license is a plus
