Ackeret Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Agent to join our Miami team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, helping customers protect what matters most, and growing their sales through exceptional service.
Position Responsibilities
- Quote and sell personal lines insurance products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and follow-up
- Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate
- Provide responsive, professional customer service
- Follow up with prospects and existing policyholders
- Maintain accurate customer and policy information
- Meet established sales and service goals
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Previous insurance sales or agency experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Strong sales, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
