Licensed Head of Therapy

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time Licensed Head of Therapy will manage a high-performing team of Directors of Therapy, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to the integrated care model while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Oversee therapy operations for up to 10 carepods, ensuring high-quality care for approximately 4,500 patients Recruit, onboard, and support Directors of Therapy, fostering accountability and strong clinical leadership across teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational scaling initiatives Required qualifications: Licensed Mental Health Professional (PhD, LCSW, or LPC) eligible to provide patient care 10+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years leading multi-state behavioral health teams Experience managing through layers of leadership and overseeing full-time direct reports 8+ years of startup experience with a strong data and operational orientation Willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states and availability to work one evening per week
