Licensed GL/Excess Claims Adjuster

Managing a caseload of GL/Excess Claims in multiple states, the full-time Licensed GL/Excess Claims Adjuster will perform coverage analysis, develop legal strategies with counsel, and utilize artificial intelligence tools while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage new loss assignments, reassignments, and proper reserve setting for GL/Excess Claims Draft complex coverage letters and manage GL/Excess litigation consistent with litigation guidelines Identify issues for resolution, focusing on risk transfer and optimal outcomes Required qualifications Minimum of 5-10 years of GL/Excess Claims experience In-depth knowledge of liability policy language and coverage interpretation Technical background with emphasis on coverage issue identification and policy interpretation College degree Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship
