Licensed Employee Benefits Account Executive

To support client retention for small employer group accounts, the full-time Licensed Employee Benefits Account Executive will manage relationships with clients and health insurance carriers, suggest new coverage options, and oversee the renewal process in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients and carriers to ensure continued sales growth Manage the renewal process and present renewal options to clients, facilitating acceptance or exploration of alternatives Conduct group meetings and webinars to educate clients on services and tools while seeking cross-selling opportunities Required qualifications Active Life & Health License is required Associates degree preferred, with a minimum of two years of experience in small group employee health benefits Strong knowledge of carrier plan features, benefits, and underwriting guidelines Experience working with a group health insurance broker or carrier Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
