As an Affiliate EAP Counsellor (India), the role offers a flexible, remote engagement where the professional will deliver high-quality mental health support through various modalities, ensuring compliance with documentation and clinical standards while addressing workplace wellness needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality counselling via in-person, virtual, and telephonic modalities, applying solution-focused interventions Ensure compliance with a 24-hour documentation policy, maintaining rigorous clinical notes that meet global quality standards Verify client interactions through the official notice system and identify high-risk cases while adhering to emergency handling protocols Required Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD Valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India A minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of the Master's degree Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred Proficient understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
