Providing remote or hybrid support, the full-time Licensed EAP Clinical Counselor will engage with clients through telephonic and video counseling, offering in-the-moment support and crisis management while maintaining client confidentiality. Key responsibilities: Deliver single session telephonic and video counseling, ensuring ethical and professional client interactions Conduct thorough assessments to determine client suitability for short-term counseling and manage high-risk calls Develop clear treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation in the case management system Required qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology Minimum of 2 years of direct client-contact experience in counseling or mental health services Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counseling modalities such as Solution-Focused and CBT Training in crisis intervention and experience with high-risk clients is beneficial Ability to address issues related to substance abuse, crisis situations, and mental health symptoms
