Providing 24/7 counseling and assessment services, the full-time Licensed EAP Clinical Counselor will deliver high-quality mental health support remotely, utilizing advanced clinical tools and collaborating with a team to ensure optimal care for members. Key responsibilities: Conduct telephone-based assessments, triage, and counseling in a call center environment Develop immediate action plans based on risk, substance abuse, and mental health assessments Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure continuity of care and positive clinical outcomes for members Required qualifications: 1+ years of crisis intervention experience Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) in the state of residence Availability for 24/7 call center coverage, including holidays Experience in facilitating positive behavior change in clients Experience handling mental health, psychiatric care, and relationship concerns preferred
