Seeking a full-time remote Licensed EAP Care Advocate, the position focuses on providing telephonic and digital support, conducting clinical assessments, and developing individualized care plans for participants navigating their mental health care journey. Key responsibilities Provide guidance, support, consultation, and referrals to covered employees and dependents Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans for participants Facilitate referrals and assist participants with securing appointments for short-term EAP counseling Required qualifications Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) Relevant post-graduate clinical experience and clinical licensure Familiarity with technology for remote work, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software Strong reasoning ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
