Providing in-the-moment telephonic and digital support, the full-time remote Licensed EAP Care Advocate will offer personalized guidance and advocacy to program participants throughout their mental health care journey. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans for participants Facilitate referrals and assist participants in securing appointments for short-term EAP counseling Perform active case management, including timely follow-ups to ensure connection to care and program satisfaction Required qualifications Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) Relevant post-graduate clinical experience and clinical licensure Familiarity with technology for remote work, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software Strong reasoning ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
