Overseeing the integration of MEP system designs with project plans, the full-time Licensed Data Center Project Manager will manage project costs, develop schedules, and act as the primary liaison among various stakeholders while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee the review and coordination of MEP system designs with overall project plans Manage project costs, develop schedules, and ensure timely completion within budget Supervise MEP contractors, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, with 8-10 years of relevant experience Licensure as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is desired; PMP and/or LEED certification are beneficial Experience with mission critical facilities MEP infrastructure and data center facilities strongly desired Proficiency in Project Management software is required; experience with Google Suite is beneficial Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proactive mentality
