Detail-oriented and experienced, the remote Licensed Customs Import Manager will manage global import compliance operations, ensuring accurate U.S. customs clearance and adherence to regulations while serving as the primary liaison with customs authorities. Key responsibilities Oversee and design processes to ensure trade compliance with U.S. and international customs laws Manage reconciliation programs for flagged entries and lead customs broker partner evaluations Serve as the primary contact for customs authorities, addressing inquiries and resolving compliance issues Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in import, customs compliance, or trade management Experience with ACE Portal, trade compliance systems, and SAP Deep understanding of U.S. customs regulations, tariffs, and trade laws Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) license preferred
