Licensed Crisis Intervention Specialist

To support clients during acute mental health crises, the full-time Licensed Crisis Intervention Specialist will monitor crisis queues, respond to inbound crisis calls, and collaborate with the clinical team to develop intervention plans, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Monitor crisis queues and provide real-time risk assessment and safety planning during client sessions Screen clients at risk of harm and collaborate on stabilization planning Complete required documentation in compliance with standards and best practices Required qualifications Independently licensed clinician Previous experience in crisis intervention preferred Ability to work 40 hours a week, including evenings and weekends Motivated individual passionate about mental health and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with cloud-based communication tools and relevant software
