To support a growing portfolio of startup clients, the full-time Licensed CPA Controller will manage financial reporting, analysis, and compliance while working remotely in a multi-client environment. Key responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements and generate comprehensive financial reports for clients Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and provide due diligence support for audits and fundraising activities Mentor and coach junior accounting staff, ensuring quality and compliance in their work Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 8+ years of corporate accounting experience in a multi-client environment Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting best practices Solid experience with QuickBooks Online and advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software Licensed CPA or progress towards eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
