Providing in-the-moment telephonic and digital support, the full-time remote Licensed Counselor EAP Advocate will guide program participants through their mental health care journey, developing individualized care plans and facilitating referrals for additional services. Key responsibilities Provide guidance, support, consultation, and referrals to covered employees and dependents Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans Perform active case management, including timely follow-ups to ensure connection to care and program satisfaction Required qualifications Master's Degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) Relevant post-graduate clinical experience and clinical licensure Familiarity with technology for remote work, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software Strong reasoning ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
