Providing telephonic and digital support, the full-time Licensed Counselor EAP Advocate will offer personalized guidance and advocacy to program participants throughout their mental health care journey in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans for participants Facilitate referrals and assist participants in securing appointments for short-term EAP counseling Perform active case management, including follow-ups to ensure connection to care and program satisfaction Required qualifications Master's Degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) Relevant post-graduate clinical experience and clinical licensure Familiarity with technology for remote work, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software Strong reasoning ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
