Licensed Counselor Care Advocate

Providing in-the-moment telephonic and digital support, the full-time salaried EAP Care Advocate (Licensed Counselor/Social Worker) will offer personalized guidance and advocacy to employees at all stages of their mental health care journey in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Provide guidance, support, consultation, and referrals to covered employees and dependents Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans Facilitate referrals and assist participants with securing appointments for short-term EAP counseling Required qualifications Master's Degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) Relevant post-graduate clinical experience and clinical licensure Familiarity with technology for remote work (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, web-based software) Strong reasoning ability to collect data and draw valid conclusions Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
