Licensed Commercial Property Underwriter

To support a growing portfolio, the full-time Licensed Commercial Property Underwriter will review, underwrite, and rate renewal business while collaborating with brokers to negotiate terms and maintain strong relationships in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Underwrite a renewal book of business in accordance with underwriting guidelines Collaborate with brokers and agents to negotiate renewal terms and maintain strong business relationships Analyze policies and endorsements to identify errors and ensure agreement with applications and quotes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Six (6) or more years of related work experience in the insurance industry Valid Insurance License with ongoing renewal requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office products Strong knowledge of insurance industry practices and standards
