Proactively managing claims from assignment through resolution, the full-time Licensed Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve bodily injury claims while ensuring compliance with company standards in a remote work environment across multiple states. Key responsibilities Review and analyze claim submissions to determine coverage and applicable policy provisions Conduct investigations and gather supporting documentation related to claims Communicate effectively with policyholders and stakeholders to provide status updates Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 5-7 years of experience in claims handling and commercial insurance Current adjusters license in the state of operation with the ability to obtain additional licenses within 90 days Knowledge of commercial insurance principles and practices Experience in a service-oriented environment with client interaction
