To enhance coding accuracy and education, the full-time Licensed Coding Educator will develop and coordinate coding educational programs, act as a subject matter expert, and evaluate provider documentation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develops and delivers training on coding processes, ensuring compliance and revenue integrity Acts as a liaison for coding questions, providing guidance to providers and coders Performs audits of provider documentation to identify improvement opportunities and develops corresponding education Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience Three years of relevant experience in coding or healthcare education Certification as a Certified Coding Associate (CCA), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS-P), Certified Outpatient Coder (COC), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)
